1. General principles

Any violation of these conditions authorizes Strive Technology Services to refuse access to its services or to close the customer account of the author of the violation.
1.4 Proof
The Recharge Mobile connection information has the value of proof. Orders, emails, and proof of payment are therefore enforceable between the customer and Recharge Mobile.
1.5 Data protection
Certain personal data is necessary for the proper functioning of the services. As soon as the order is validated by Strive Technology Services, the beneficiary is notified by SMS that their credit has been recharged.
4. Prices
Current rates are indicated in Naira (NGN) or Dollar (USD). The prices applied are those in effect on the day the order is placed.
In the event of an increase in the prices of one of the partner operators, or an increase in existing taxes, Strive Technology Services reserves the right to immediately pass this increase on to the selling price of the services.
5. Payment
Payment for the order can be done in two ways:
- By bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa Card, Eurocard/Mastercard, etc.), indicating the card number, its validity date, as well as the security cryptogram. The amount of the order will be debited on the day of the order. In the event that the customer’s bank refuses authorization of the payment, Strive Technology Services reserves the right to suspend the delivery of the service.
6. Intellectual property

By delivering its services, Strive Technology Services plays an intermediary role between operators and customers. As a result, Strive Technology Services cannot guarantee the perfect execution of the operator’s services.
8. Termination
8.1 Termination without fault
Each party is free to decide to terminate the Services subject to payment by the customer.

9. Complaint and reimbursement
Strive Technology Services provides the customer with customer service. Any request relating to orders placed online, their invoicing or reimbursement must be addressed to them.
Strive Technology Services will respond to this request within 7 working days. If at the end of this period, the customer does not obtain satisfaction, he can send a new complaint by email.
In each of his requests, the customer undertakes to correctly enter his name, first name and contact details, as well as the order number corresponding to his complaint. Any incomplete request will not be processed by Strive Technology Services.
9. Withdrawal
The Customer is required to take possession of the services purchased at the time they are made available to him in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
The Customer may withdraw from the purchase of services and products until the time these Services are made available. The Products or Services were made available as soon as the Customer was able to receive a receipt by SMS confirming delivery of the telephone credit.
10. Illicit uses or presumption of illicit use

11. Force majeure
Neither Party will be held responsible towards the other for the non-performance of an obligation of the contract which would be due to the occurrence of a case of force majeure, within the meaning of article 1148 of the code civil.
If such an event were to occur, it would result in the suspension of the obligations of the contract. If the event continues for more than 1 month, the obligations of each party may be terminated by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
12. Provisions
12.1 Tolerance
It is possible that Strive Technology Services will tolerate a breach of one of the Conditions by the other party. But this in no way means that Strive Technology waives the right to avail itself of this condition at a later date.
12.2 Divisibility
In the event that a law or new regulation results in the nullity of one of the clauses of the General Conditions of Sale, all other clauses will remain applicable.
13. Attribution of jurisdiction
13.1 Applicable law
The General Conditions of Sale are subject to Nigerian law, to the exclusion of any other legislation, even in the presence of customers residing or nationals of foreign countries.
13.2 Language
The official language of the General Conditions of Sale is English. If another language is used, it is only indicative. In the event of difficulty, the customer and Strive Technology will refer only to the text in English.
13.3 Competent court
Any dispute between the Parties will be submitted to the competent court located in Nigeria.
